SPECIAL MEDICAL SERVICES
As an effective
alternative to traditional inpatient detoxification, KPC, in conjunction
with selected, highly trained medical personnel, offers a structured medical
regimen that provides Outpatient Detox under medical supervision while
the patient remains in the work force and at home while involved in all
aspects of daily living.This
program includes:
- Full
medical evaluation
- Complete
physical exam
- Individualized
detox protocol
- Medication
disseminated by daily dosages
- Patient
education program
Length of
treatment is determined by individual medical needs. A treatment partner
is required to participate with the patient in the detox process. This
may be a family member, relative, or significant other.Not
all clients are appropriate for outpatient detox. Determination is made
upon complete medical workup. |
